How to Prepare a Document for Printing
A clean print starts with a clean file. Before sending a document for printing, check page size, spelling, margins, images and file format. PDF is usually the safest format because it keeps the layout stable across different devices. If your document contains important names, numbers or dates, review them carefully before printing. For colour designs, remember that screen colours can look different on paper. If you are printing many copies, request a test print first. This helps you confirm layout, readability and colour before the full job is produced.
