Refund & Cancellation Policy
Creative Studio provides many customised services, including design, printing, branding and document preparation. Because custom work is often prepared specifically for one customer, refunds and cancellations are handled according to the stage of work completed.
Before work starts
If a customer cancels before design, printing, branding or production work has started, a refund may be considered where payment has already been made.
After design work starts
If design work has already started, a design fee may be deducted because time and creative work have already been used.
After production starts
If printing, T-shirt branding, lamination or production has started, refunds may not be available because the product is customised and may not be reusable.
Customer approval
Customers should carefully review artwork, spelling, names, numbers, colours and order details before approving production. Approved errors may not qualify for a refund.
Service concerns
If a customer has a concern about completed work, they should contact Creative Studio as soon as possible with the order details and explanation of the issue.
